Returns and Refunds
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Returns will be accepted for damaged goods or incorrect products received. You may request same product replacement or merchandise of equal value.
Our return policy is to give a full refund (excluding shipping fees) for items returned within 10 days of receipt. We ship all merchandise from Squamish in BC, Canada.
If you purchase merchandise with free shipping, the refund amount will be 30% less of the merchandise value. Heartfeltliving® Health Products Inc. will not refund any shipping charges.
In shipping process, if we make any mistake in filling your address and the package is returned, we will contact you and send it to you again right away. If you make the mistake in filling your address, you have to pay for both returning and reshipping cost.
If the merchandise is damaged; you must keep the original packing & shipping label. You may be asked by our shipper to show the merchandise with original shipping box and shipping label. You must inform us within 24 hours. For example: if you receive the merchandise on Monday you must inform us within 24 hours, however, if you received merchandise on Friday you must inform us on Monday before the end of business hours.
How to return
You must call or email us and receive a RMA/return merchandise authorization number. Returns will be credited ONLY if unaltered, and in their original packing.
In order to return merchandise you must use original shipping label and mark it “Return to sender” with RMA # and a copy of your invoice.
We will not credit or replace items broken on the return shipment to us, you must seek repayment from the shipper you used for the return. All merchandise must be shipped by Canada Post.
Heartfeltliving® Health Products Inc. will make all refunds within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods and reserves the option of method of refund.
