Spinach Soup

  • Yields: 6 cups


  • 2 ½ tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups broth
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • Himalayan crystal salt
  • Pepper to taste



  1. Melt butter in a stockpot over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, garlic and sweet potato. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Turn heat down, simmer until potatoes are cooked. Stir in spinach until tender, 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put into a blender until smooth. Serve with cream fresh. Bon appetit!

I made a few changes from the original recipe and turned out supper delicious.
